What we process
Voxbot uses your verified email address, conversation text, voice transcripts, instructions, computer observations and activity, uploaded files, saved results, preferences, usage records, and limited service diagnostics to provide the service.
A voice call reserves up to five minutes from the ten-minute UTC monthly allowance before it starts. Confirmed provider usage settles that reservation and may exceed it if closure is delayed. Start fresh removes conversation activity but retains minimal voice reservation and usage receipts for allowance and cost reconciliation until account deletion. The monthly allowance renews on the first day of each UTC month.
Where processing happens
Clerk handles identity; Convex holds account, conversation, task state, and saved results; Railway runs the worker; OpenAI processes voice and task requests; E2B runs the computer; Supermemory holds derived recall; and Vercel serves the website. These providers may process data outside your country. An external website that you ask Voxbot to use receives information needed for that interaction. We do not sell sign-in data or use it for advertising.
Your choices and deletion
You can review and download saved results, start fresh, or delete your account in Settings. Deletion attempts cleanup across the connected services before removing sign-in. If a provider result is uncertain, Voxbot keeps the cleanup state for reconciliation instead of claiming deletion succeeded. Provider backups, security records, and legal retention can remain under each provider’s policies. Supermemory forgetting removes derived memories from ordinary recall; it is not a permanent-erasure guarantee.
